In addition, bad policy for any District Manager who doesn't take of his employees, even those from another District. The ammunition you have besides your work ethic is the thought that you live and breathe Video games even off the clock.
Maybe bring up that you also Moderate a Retro Gaming Site to show why personal importance of getting that Kiosk.

Like I told Ack, it doesn't work that way at GS.

Non-management employees are at the very bottom rung of the ladder below everything else. Customers aren't number one either, that's management's position with customers falling a step or two below them.

What GS likes is money and reoccurring sales with lots of qualified transactions and UPT's which basically means if a customer chooses not to pre-order anything or not to buy an edge card then us employees are the ones at fault, even if they said no for not having enough money. Customers that do pre-order things and buy edge cards are to be treated like royalty, or completely ignored upon canceling any orders etc....

Hostile environment, guess smarter to not make waves then. Eventually better opportunities will come up, hang in there.

I do not understand why people still but new games there. Most of my newish game purchases come from Best Buy and Target. Not much better but still. I hate Gamest*p.
