I may sell it to get money toward buying Panzer Dragoon Saga, but I'm afraid they might have sold it by then.

Don't. Keep it and just save towards PDS. Especially since you know what good condition MKR is, I would say it's not worth selling it, then risk buying it again at some point in worse condition. Besides, you will always be able to find PDS - it may go up/down in price but it will be out there.

And what/where is this store you go to? Those are some really good finds!
