I actually prefer Super Mario Bros. over Super Mario Bros. 3. (World is still my favorite)Knowlery wrote:Gamerforlife wrote:No one's saying SMB isn't a good game, but it completely pales in comparison to SMB 3 or Super Mario World, gameplay-wise.

Hot Damn! Just gave Pocky & Rocky a try for the first time. It's one of the best most unknown SNES games I've played in some time. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. It will definitely be joining my site in the near future, quite possible as a top 10 run 'n gun or honorable mention.sevin0seven wrote:if Zombie ate my neighbors is on the list. well, if you love that. try the sequel Pocky & Rocky 2 on SNES or Pocky & Rocky with Betty for GBA.timewarpgamer wrote:Hot Damn! Just gave Pocky & Rocky a try for the first time. So, if you had to pick a favorite SNES P&R, which one would it be?sevin0seven wrote:the only thing i don't like about the GBA version is it's too short.alienjesus wrote:I've never heard a good word said about Pocky and Rocky with becky for GBA ever. It looks atrocious!

Re: Top 10 Run 'N Guns for 8- and 16-bit Consoles
Just finally added Pocky & Rocky 1 & 2 to my greatest SNES games list, as well as my recommended list for Run' n gun games. Thanks so much for bringing these to my attention. After some more playing, I could even see Pocky & Rocky breaking into the top 10 for Run 'n guns.sevin0seven wrote:if Zombie ate my neighbors is on the list. Pocky and Rocky should be there too.
