Fake Super Famicom Cart (Can someone confirm?)

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

As long as it plays right, it's not a total loss.

UPDATE: I sent the seller a message letting him know he sold me a dud, he said no didn't but if I posted it back he would refund me (not worth it for me as I got it so cheap), I linked him to a post i made about it on my blog (mainly for the pictures), he replied saying he has refunded me the money, I can keep the cart as a sign of good faith.

So i ended up with a bootleg for free.

and for the record it plays great, doesnt like to hold its save so I will need to open it up and see if it has a battery or if its just such a bootleg it doesnt have one, dunno, will look at it when I can get my hands on a gamebit

Ah I guess that's a happy ending. Why did you particularly want the SFC version of the game anyway? Is there anything different about it?

In the past I have purchased SFC versions of games listed on eBay.com.au fairly cheap (I got SFIIT for $5) because of there region they tend to not get many bids, it was 99c with a couple mins left (Love when I see this) so I jumped on it.

Generally speaking if the game does not contain overt amounts of text, it will usually be cheaper for me to import a Jap copy than buy a PAL copy.

Makes sense! I do that with a lot of NTSC games, I buy them from uk sellers and often they will go for less than the PAL version because most people in PAL-Land will want a PAL version.
