The converter will save you in the long run if you plan to buy many games (even some, like the Metal Slugs, the difference between MVS and AES versions is $100s to $1000s), but the converter is INSANELY overpriced. I cannot imagine that it is that complicated, but there is probably a high demand for them, and clearly NeoGeo owners tend to have money to burn, so they are priced accordingly.
