I saw a couple of ads for that cursed mountain or whatever it was, which showed people playing the game but not the game itself... but that's it really. Most advertising is for 360/PS3 titles, and the 'sponsored by Nintendo' advertising are exclusive first party titles.
Ya know, now that I think about it - while I have seen ads for 3rd-Party Nintendo games (HOTD:Overkill, MadWorld and TvC are the only ones I can remember), I don't think I've seen ads for 3rd-Party Games that end in a mini-Wii ad. You see this happen all the time for 3rd-Party X360 and PS3 games.

For instance, after a MW2 commercial, you'll see a brief "Xbox 360, now $199." or after Assassin's Creed 2, you'll see "PS3 - It Only Does Everything." This pretty much means that Microsoft or Sony is buying adspace for the game, so long as it promotes their system. This is probably why you rarely see 3rd Party Ads for Wii games - they have to flip the entire bill.

Don't forget that Nintendo burned Sony on the SNES CDrom drive (which later became the Playstation). What they did to Sony, you don't necessarily get away with in the corporate world in Japan. The limited cartridge format for the N64 didn't help matters. By the time the Gamecube came along developers were making money hand over fist with the PS2 so they probably figured, "why bother?" The Wii has an insane user base but for all the wrong reasons, IMO. And Nintendo isn't doing much to correct this.

The sad fact is that a lot of the games you stated, Incognito D, probably wouldn't sell very well on the Wii.

There was also a street fighter game on GBA, if you count that.

Going with a more historical answer, a lot of companies are probably still a bit butt hurt from Nintendo's heavy handed, nigh-monopolistic business practices in the late 80's and early 90's. Nintendo strong armed a lot of developers and limited their opportunities to make money.

When the Playstation and Saturn came out, viable and attractive alternatives to Nintendo, all the other companies were eager (and, sadly, right) to jump ship.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
