Both titles are rather mediocre. I give a slight lead to Battle Cry because it has Cam Clarke voicing the lead, not the same character he did on the show for some strange reason. I wish you got to play as the leads from the TV show and not just this new guy.

I bought Battlecry and enjoyed it.

They also have two other Robotech series I'm not familiar with. I don't follow the whole Macross/Robotech thing. I like it as a goofy cartoon with robots. I won't apologize for that.

Ok, looks like Battlecry will probably be what I go with. My local Gamestop has the Gamecube version in stock for $2.99 according to their website. Are there any advantages to seeking out the Xbox version instead?
