As a woman, I'm personally offended by your point of view. I believe the count of men vs women cheating their husband/wife depends on a lot of things and generalising like that does not help people get over problematic situations, but makes them even worse.

Reina, although I don't agree with Barnes at all on this, try not to get personally offended at anything anyone posts on the Internet. It's a waste of your time and energy.

Edited because I can't find the stats that back up my statement. Maybe they weren't ever there and I made it up though I thought I saw it on the MSN front page; of course it's not the most reliable source for information. I will say that men usually cause the problem in the first case but women, because feelings are hurt, do things they shouldn't.

Of course when I truly need it, I can't find it. So I guess we can go back and dispose of my last post. I should amend part of my post as it refers mostly to women of divorced parents; like my wife. Or maybe I'm just upset with my wife and taking it out on the entire species. I know there are some really good women out there but I also know that there are a lot of bad ones for a wide variety of reasons.

I'm not afraid to admit when I'm wrong and I usually don't post to stir things up so maybe it's just because I'm upset with my wife and her "wonderful and great" friends.

Well obviously I must've said something weird there and I'm getting the feeling some dirty minded people would misinterprete it. So, whatever it is you thought, I didn't mean it like that.

I only meant that the first time I 'found myself', when I actually found out I liked something that people wouldn't normally expect me to like, is when I was 8 years old and first played Zelda: Link's Awakening on a GameBoy. I know this is a mostly-guys forum and I know I just got here so maybe I shouldn't complain. But I've lived an all-guys life (family, school, university, work) and I've heard this conversation a thousand times. I know what you mean about women, I've lived on their bad side myself, but please don't generalize all women in your statements.
Say 'a lot of women' or 'the majority of women I've known so far' (because you were obviously unlucky there) but don't say 'women' or 'all women'.

Its the same with people in general. Not all of us are bad, but maybe a large number of us.
