Hell, I remember laughing my ass off when he asked to be called that. I love the Escape movies...shoot, I love just about every Kurt Russell movie I've watched, so I got it immediately.AwesomeMonstar wrote:Kids these days don't watch their John Carpenter movies like they used to.Ack wrote:You guys do remember what Snake asked to be called during the Raiden section of Metal Gear Solid 2, right?

Everyone knows that Snake looks like Michael Beihn.

Still waiting on that "Escape From Earth" movie that'll probably never be made..
Re: Video Game/Movie Star Look a likes
I didn't even know one was rumored. Given the time-gap between New York and L.A., I guess it wouldn't be ridiculously late for a sequel. I'm not sure how they could top "Escape from L.A.", though. That movie had EVERYTHING! Surfing! Hang gliders! Basketball! Rocket subs! Trannies! Satellites! Explosions! Guns! Steve Buscemi!cyborc wrote:

If my hair was a little longer I would have tried to dress as Snake Plissken this Halloween.

I heard about the rumors a few years ago. I never thought it would get off the ground, but if it did, expect me to be a the theater for the midnight showing.
Re: Video Game/Movie Star Look a likes
it was rumored way back around the time Escape From LA came out. I think Carpenter shot down the rumor a few years ago. does anyone remember hearing about the namco produced snake plissken game that was cancelled?
