Kids these days don't watch their John Carpenter movies like they used to.

Hell, I remember laughing my ass off when he asked to be called that. I love the Escape movies...shoot, I love just about every Kurt Russell movie I've watched, so I got it immediately.

What the heck?

Everyone knows that Snake looks like Michael Beihn.

Still waiting on that "Escape From Earth" movie that'll probably never be made..

I didn't even know one was rumored. Given the time-gap between New York and L.A., I guess it wouldn't be ridiculously late for a sequel. I'm not sure how they could top "Escape from L.A.", though. That movie had EVERYTHING! Surfing! Hang gliders! Basketball! Rocket subs! Trannies! Satellites! Explosions! Guns! Steve Buscemi!

If my hair was a little longer I would have tried to dress as Snake Plissken this Halloween.

And Bruce Campbell.

I heard about the rumors a few years ago. I never thought it would get off the ground, but if it did, expect me to be a the theater for the midnight showing.

it was rumored way back around the time Escape From LA came out. I think Carpenter shot down the rumor a few years ago. does anyone remember hearing about the namco produced snake plissken game that was cancelled?
