I keep the in alphabetical order seperated by system either in a drawer out of site or on the top shelf in my closet away from light and dust.

I have all my games listed by system and in alpabetical order. I keep GBA and DS games by my iMac, and console games nearr my TV.

Lol, I grab whatever case is available and throw it in there. Or I put it back on the spindle...
Actually, we just got a rotating DVD holder table thingy, and I'm liking that a lot. Got the Saturn on top though, so it's not so rotatable anymore.

Within each console group, I actually group them by genre.
Also, if there are "greatest hits' type packaging (like on Dreamcast and GC), I'll group those together.
Same goes with the two styles of Genesis packaging.

Typically I just group by system, but I put my favorites in the top rack so the games face out.

I worked at RadioShack when they threw them out.....

There were actually 2 display units they were chucking, but I only had space for 1. I took the shelves out of the other, since they fit in the pegboard on the back, and I took the Nintendo sign off the top too. That's hanging over the door into my kitchen...

Most loose carts are in boxes, but i have a nasty habbit of leaving boxed stuff on my floor.
