The lunchbox idea is actually pretty cool. But, I would definitely try to fix the Cube first.

The person who made that guide definitely didn't have a gamebit to open it properly.pepharytheworm wrote:heres some instructions to make that gamecube lunchbox happen.

Skullz wrote:I like the ashtray idea, but I don't smoke. I have a bar in my basement and could use it for guest. It's a possibility. The lunchbox idea is another good one. The design of the Gamecube makes it perfect, but I don't think I'll ever use it. Really good idea though. The thing is with the Gamecube, I don't know what's wrong with it. I might tinker with it to see if I can actually get it to work. Also, to my understanding, the controller don't work either, so I could do something with that also. I'm getting it off of Freecycle btw.
If you do that, just make sure that your guests don't accidentally use your working Gamecube as an ashtray.

You can do something similar to this guy, and have a bitching emulation system.

Another option - remove all the guts, cut out the CD holder (although make sure the CD lid still opens ok) and fill the case with candy! Pop open lid to get to the sweet goodness!
