DS/SP charger is a different charger then Micro.
I see Micros at Gamestop for 30 bucks so 25 is a good price.

In my area (Ontario, Canada) they are regularly selling for $60+. Personally, I think it would be worth every penny of that cost... but got lucky about a year ago and grabbed two systems from Zellers on clearance - $15 each.
