GB micro questions

Post by DaGamingMonkey »

What's a good price for a micro.
I could pick one up without a charger for 25, it's "red and gold" so im guessing it's the anniversary one.
Not sure how much they usually go for.
Does it use it's own charger or can it use the sp charger?

That's quite a good price for an Anniversary micro. The replacement charger is only like 10 USD in the Nintendo Shop, so I'd say go for it.

I'll probably go for it then. I was just worried about it not coming with a charger.
I already am sitting on a SP that's dead because I lost the charger (have one coming in the mail)

You can get a knockoff charger from dealextreme.com http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4415

I bought my micro charger and various DS chargers from them. No issues there.

GameStop also sells Micro editions for $30. So if it's the anniversary edition, that would be a decent price.

are these prices for complete boxed micros? I have one I'd like to unload with charger and box and all contents but the box has paper pulled off (from the tape) and a scratch on the system/ I'd let it go for a fair price though if 30 and under is fair.

The old style DS and Micro chargers are the same IIRC

This isn't so. The original DS uses the same charger as the GBA SP.
