wow if anyone is having trouble and thinking of giving up because you figure the last stage must be impossible, DON'T. The last stage was the easiest in the game. It's all about getting the Devastators first and then just using cluster bombs on the remaining Ties. My only gold medal, but I didn't try for any others just wanted to complete each stage. Now I feel like I want to go back for all the golds though!

Good. Luck.

I did this once. Never again.

I found Rogue Squadren 2 felt like it had the best balance when it came to the golds. Aside from that goddamn Endurance mission, where I ended up using the flying car with it's cluster missiles and R2 unit for repairs.

that is great about the car. I have the code for that in this game, but I hear it is glitchy. Got the golds for the 1st 3 and now I am back to my nemesis, the Defection mission. Enough for the night.

I was actually hoping for a rant about Fester's Quest.

Man, I'm going to have to load up my copy tonight and see what my medal status is.

Okay, so I started playing again. What a great game this is. The Hi-res graphics really push the N64 to the max. This game is hard too. Old-school, unforgiving, try over and over again style hard.

Anyway, no major problems so far, although Prisons of Kessel was tricky enough to merit a few attempts and now I'm stuck on Battle above Taloraan - I swear those fucking missile towers are shooting the civilian gas canisters and the game's blaming me! so I keep failing the mission!
