Oh! I thought I recognized your username from somewhere, do you use it on the wotc forums?
I do indeed. I'm Ivo there as well.
Back to the value topic...
Vejita: the cards you mention are from Ravnica and Time Spiral block. The one with the inscription was given either at the pre-release or the release events of the respective set.
Unfortunately they are no longer legal in the most played format (Standard) and not many cards are competitive in the other formats such as extended.
I am not at all informed about the "paper" market (I play online only). Online, practically only cards that are competitive in a tournament setting are valuable. However, you seem to have some legends, angels and dragons, which I have a vague impression hold some value in "paper" because some subset of players finds them cool.
As an example, the angel in the picture (Razia) has a sell price of 1.99 in Starcitygames (a "paper" store), whereas the online version is sold for 0.35 at MTGOTraders (an "online" store). It will be hard / impossible for you to get 1.99 for your angel though, that is the price that the big store sells them at. If you sell to a big store for cash you will certainly get a good bit less (they tend to give you better deals if you get store credit or cards in return). I predict that if you have number of those rares you can get some bucks for them, the uncommons and commons will be effectively worthless ("sold by weight", apparently?). If you don't have a load of them it will probably not be worth your trouble and time.
Ivo.
