I've been holding out on this game since it appears to lean too much on the user-made content? Are there enough levels to make the game worthwhile?

yes there are plenty of levels to make it worth while even without the user made content.

but you'll be losing out on some masterpieces. look at this gem

and the game doesn't even have that train. the user made it himself

I just picked this up at a good price used. Looking forward to the user created levels.

This is a great game, even better for me I picked it up at a pawn shop for 25. 8)
