That shouldn't be too much of a hindrance. Although, it would be nice to be able to change that setting.

I got around the disc dirty error - go harddrive loader - and I will say that this with an arcade stick is simply awesome. I tried it with the Classic Controller and it was fine, but the arcade stick makes it boss. Reminds me of playing Magician Lord in a crappy pizza place. I got about an hour in, no big hassle but I got stuck on what is probably a fetch quest. Its not the best game of the year, but do atleast give it a try when it comes out.

I want to see that octopus boss, that fight looks incredible.

have you been playing on Easy or Hard? How's the difficulty?

Easy, it is a tad easier than I would hope but it does have spikes of difficulty. I have not tried it on hard.

edit:
I take that back, easy got really hard just around the corner. About an hour and a half in the easy difficulty goes up. But I will say its level of pretty far eclipses Odin Sphere. If I can I will try to capture stills or poor video tonight.
