It appears that the US subscription rate is 80 GBP (13 issues) which is about $130, or $10/issue. So a $12 B&N price is not too bad.

I wonder if there's an offer on "cheapmagazinesdeal.com" or similar site for a much better deal?

It would be nice to be able to subscribe at a reasonable rate.

I hear ya, I've been picking these up for the past few months and I thought about subscribing....why can't we have a decent localized version of this mag...oh well.

I grabbed issue like 4 or 5 a few years back when they had the Emulation/DS Launch issue.

I picked up one to read on a long train ride cross the southeast this summer, it was the Genesis/Mega Drive issue, really kept my attention which is rare for a magazine. I also looked into subscribing but there's not way I would do it for that price.
