Well my memory's capacity immediately dropped to 25% when I hit puberty.

I blame girls...

I wasn't a huge fan of his music, but it was definitely good (Among my favourites are "Smooth Criminal" and "Beat it"). It's sad to see him go, especially at such a young age. :(

I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.

Actually, anal cancer did.

God, I love saying anal cancer.

I hope I don't get anal cancer...
That reminds me of the great band name I thought of one day:

Rectal pathology.

...you know, it is pretty weird to think about it. I mean, I remember all these bloody scandals. I hear his marriage to Lisa Marie mentioned, and say to myself "Man, wasn't I like...ten when that happened?" I watched that footage of him dangling his kid out the window, and I just thought "Man, wasn't that like...last week?" It sure feels like it.

I always feel really weird and nostalgic when stuff like this happens. It's like a piece of American culture's just gone now, a throwback to a time that really wasn't so bad. I mean, I've always liked the 80s, but...yeah. Beats the pants off the current decade, that's for sure.

I never listened to any of the Jackson 5 stuff. In fact, I've never really been a big fan of Motown. Not saying it's bad, I've just never taken the time to learn much about it. Maybe now's a good time to learn a little.
