Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

It's good to see you haven't been made bitter by your experiences, Moz.

Experiences are everything. I'd love to see a person handle my experiences as well as I have.

What, you don't see this thread as a bunch of lottery winners, trying to win again?

And further, why are you all trying to change your girlfriends?

My girlfriend has kinda cottoned onto gaming more simply because i play them so much. Sure, back in the day she had a shot at crash bandicoot as a kid and the old standby of the sims, but nothing more. Nowadays she's bought herself a DS and an xbox 360, and is playing through resident evil 5 I didn't have to do a thing!

Now if only i could convince her to enjoy the sega and nintendo classics...

I'm not actually trying to change my wife. The parts in my blog about making my wife into a full fledged gamer are tongue in cheek. We both try to enjoy each others interests, and I'm lucky to have found a woman who gives my geeky habits a try every now and then.

My wife loved Mario Kart: Double Dash. There's others, but really this seems to be the one we've had the most fun playing together.
