I've never gotten the feeling with a FPS, but I have gotten the sensation that I was falling in some 3rd person action games.

Never while playing games, though when my mom would come into my room she'd get nautious from FPS's and Episode 1 Racer. Super Metroid once made me hallucinate, but I don't think that counts.

Absolutely, Descent. I managed to finish it, but it was the only game I can remember giving me problems for the sake of it. For those the think "normal" FPSs are the worse it can get, think about Descent.

I have huge issues with playing handhelds in cars or buses (planes and trains are usually ok), but that's not the game's fault.

I presume something like Portal or Mirror Edge can also be a bit worse than "normal", but in Descent you don't even have a proper reference of "down" and "up".

I will admit to not being able to play Fallout 3.

Don't get me wrong. I love the gameplay. I think it is arguably one of the very best video games in existance. Bethesda did a very good job. But everytime I play it for more than like 10 minutes, I get really depressed. I don't get scared to the least bit. It's just incredibly depressing to me.

EDIT: Any video game with 3-D glasses gives me a huge headache.

Looking back on this thread, I can't believe nobody mentioned Prey. I started playing it tonight and I feel like I'm gonna hurl. You're constantly flipping around, going upside down, warping through portals, jumping in and out of the spirit world, and general just loosely interpreting the laws of physics. On top of that, the atmosphere is disgusting with humans being processed for alien snack food everywhere you turn. I want to like this game for being original, but it just makes me feel like....
