I don't even know if I'd call it "campy". I think it edges closer to "awkward" than anything. But I will admit it was kind of funny that Dracula spent like half the movie doing his Psychic-death-glare at people. He stood out in the middle of people's front yard doing it, too. I was this close to watching Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah. I should have went with that instead for the 100% campy viewing experience.
