How do you feel about the teased heel turn for Flair and it looking like he might side with the Bucks? Part of me feels it seems just a little predictable and silly? But then, given their history and the heat it would put on the Bucks, it would make sense. Don't know, but either way I am really looking forward to this one. I can't think of many if any bad Bucks or Darby and Sting matches and I think this will be very special.Raging Justice wrote:Ric Flair will factor into the outcome somehow.
I agree with the rest of your post too, regarding all the current matches and feuds. Okada and Hangman would be awesome. Regarding Hangman potentially winning the title and you mentioning it might be for the best, given what happened last time, I do agree. I want him to have another reign, but let's take our time to get there. His character, I feel is better as someone who is chasing the title. Once he has it though, AEW need to do a better job of booking him as champion this time.
Danielson's booking continues to be disappointing. He's better as a face, yet they have had him be heel (and to make it even worse, have flip flopped on that so many times) and stuck him almost in his own 'Codyverse' type of situation, as you said. He's arguably their biggest ever signing outside of a very small handful of other names and is one of the best wrestlers in the world, he really should be in the main title picture pretty consistently
There's rumours (might even be a semi confirmed leak?) that a PPV will be held in April. That means we have:
March - Revolution
April - Unnamed PPV?
May - Double or Nothing
June - Forbidden Door
August - All In
September - All Out
October - Wrestledream?
November - Full Gear
December - World's End?
They still have that long gap over the Summer months. I really hope they use that to build All In properly this year. There's really no excuse. Hopefully, with the whole Punk issue nd separate Collision universe behind them, they will do a better job this time. I don't really count Forbidden Door, as it's mostly a nothing show each year in terms of progressing ongoing storylines (as much as the matches are great), so they have 3 months to push major feuds and stories, if they really want All In to be like their annual 'Wrestlemania' type show.
