So I agree on Big Bill being awesome. He's been a solid addition to AEW. He's someone who I didn't really care much about when they brought him in. I had seen a little bit of his work in TNA, but nothing that really grabbed me. He's definitely found himself in AEW though
I wonder about Enzo, as both both Bill and Carmella are doing well these days while I don't hear much about Enzo. Last I heard I think he was in MLW.
There was a hilarious moment last night where Hangman got put on a table for a spot...and the table just collapsed
Swerve was like, "What the fuck?!", so he went under the ring and got another table and got a loud pop from the crowd.
I see people saying Hangman went heel last night, which is weird because nothing that he did is out of character given his history with Swerve. I don't think he went heel at all. Wrestling is weird. The line between good and bad is always a blurry one in the world of wrestling. AEW's main event scene is really good right now, there's no one in it that I can't stand like Punk or Cody. I just can't wait for the title to come off Storm so I can say the same thing about the women's division, which is a fucking joke right now because of her.
Those guys from CMLL are fucking crazy. The shit they pulled off is mind blowing. There was a little sloppiness here and there as one can expect when you have luchadores trying to do insanely athletic maneuvers, but it was still a great match. Invasion angles are tricky, WWE messed up perhaps the greatest invasion angle of all time, but this CMLL vs AEW feud has been fun
Cassidy vs Ishi is gonna be crazy. It would be so awesome if Okada just happened to be sitting in the crowd. Kahn gets criticized for just throwing matches together, but it does sometimes lead to really interesting match ups like this one.
