Every time I think about buying a projector, I remember that I have a 50-inch television that was an unthinkable home screen size for most of my life.REPO Man wrote:Bought a new projector. It was $120 marked down from $150 and that's BEFORE the 50% off coupon that led to it costing $65 after taxes.
And before you ask, it does 4K while my old one doesn't. It can also apparently project onto a screen of up to 200". Of course I'm sticking with my 100" screen.
At risk of being a downer, at $150 original MSRP it's probably not 4K native. It probably just means that it can support a 4K source and then outputs its native resolution. Dimly.
