Unfortunately, not everyone is like us and takes care of things they own, especially discs. And most of Gamestops audience is not "us", its families, or kids, or just people who don't give a shit. So, as a result, sadly, many used things they sell reflect this. At mall stores, there is a big "fake case" problem, because dumbass teenagers that hang out at the mall try to steal things, so they take the cases off the wall, thinking they are going to be getting a free game.

I love the dumbstruck look on their faces when you show them there's no disc in it.
