I love this game, it such cheese, but it's damn good cheese. Like a baked camembert or something.
That is a great review.

The only things cheesier than Sakura Wars are my bad puns.prfsnl_gmr wrote:LOLalienjesus wrote:I just restarted Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love because I was suddenly really in the mood to play it again.

Yeah, I picked that up very quickly. I was just trying to get into a door and my character kept moving up and down, so nothing was happening. I then used the diagonals and the controls got much better. They aren't perfect, but it isn't that much of a hindrance as it was before. It's taking some getting used to, but I like it so far!BogusMeatFactory wrote:Yeah the controls definitely take some getting used to. Just make sure to use the diagonals on the d-pad and you should be fine! Glad you are enjoying it as it is one of my most favorite genesis games.Markies wrote:I started Landstalker: Treasure of King Nole on the Sega Genesis this evening!
Oh Man, you got me excited for that one. I own it on the PS2 and it was one of the last PS2 games I bought. It's also a SRPG and I love those as well.alienjesus wrote:I just restarted Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love because I was suddenly really in the mood to play it again.

It's such an interesting combination and I loved the style of it. I am so glad to hear that it is good as I am now excited to getting around to playing it!
