Yeah. You can set 360/540/720/1080p in the app, but it notes that you need a CUH-7000 for 1080p, which is the PS4 Pro. You can also toggle 30 or 60fps.

720p is overkill for the Vita though - its screen is 960x544. What the 720p stream was for prior to PC streaming is sharing video. The PS4 actually records gameplay constantly, keeping the last 15 minutes available to share if you wind up doing something cool. For the standard model, that video was limited to 720p. The PS4 Pro bumps the cap up to 1080p.

The Playstation Experience event was pretty insane.

Xbox literally has nothing now. I can't think of a single big release for them next year? It's clear by now MS is putting zero effort into gaming. It's just nice that Sony has basically had a monopoly on this gen but that's not stopping them from going crazy with pushing a lot of games forth.

I'm looking forward to Dead Rising 4 tomorrow and Halo Wars 2 in the not-too-distant future, but yeah, they're really not pushing it.

And if I remember right, Dead Rising 4 is only a limited time exclusive and will eventually come to PS4. Seemed like a similar deal to Rise if the Tomb Raider.

God damn it, I didn't know that. Guess I'll have ONE Xbox One game that isn't exclusive. Oh well, it will look better having Dead Rising 3 and 4 on the shelf on the same system.

lulz you guys getting burned hard by the eighth gen and these gimped PCs. All these "console games" are on Steam. Shoulda invested in the Neo Geo X instead. CAN'T MISS CLEO THE NEO GEO.

Scalebound, Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves, maybe kinda-sorta if they actually manage to get the Phantom Dust remake out?

To a bigger degree though, MS has Project Scorpio slated for next holiday season. So, presumably, their first-party focus is going to be on getting games and updates ready for later in the year when that launches. Chances are they're going to put a lot on the calendar at E3.

Next holiday could be Halo 6 as well, it'll be 2 years between releases at that point.

My Xbox One status is currently: download the Games with Gold, play them for a little bit. Sleeping Dogs is pretty legit, but it's also on everything else. I really just stream Netflix from it, if I'm being completely honest. I am looking forward to playing Titanfall 2 with my dad, and possibly get the Modern Warfare HD release if it comes standalone in the future.

PS4 does look a bit brighter for me
Last Guardian is on its way to my house.
Yakuza 0
Yakuza Kiwami
Yakuza 6
Shenmue III

I have an interest in Bloodborne, Until Dawn. I think there's enough out and coming out that it's going to be nice. I don't know if Microsoft is doing enough to entice me with the Scorpio.

Do we know if those Yakuza games are definitely coming out here? (Also I thought Yakuza 0 was a PS3 game, thought I could easily be wrong O.o) I keep forgetting to try out the ones I have XP
