I got my own newspaper column!

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Since my buddy has written about SF4 I did a nice lengthy SF3 retrospective, covering each game, new gameplay ideas, new characters and info on home ports. I wrote it at well over 1200 words but I managed to trim it and condense it to under 800 words.
I submitted the article last week, so it should see print very very soon. I will post a scan/transcript for all of you to see when I get the newest issue.

next article?
I was thinking I might discuss the NeoGeo Pocket, or maybe just the NeoGeo. maybe a block of mini-retro reviews? I liked the idea that Andythebadass mentioned about how the games we played as kids are still relevant and reinvented for modern standards (for better or worse).

I think I'd touch on any of the unique and fun Dreamcast multiplayer games. There are a few angles to work here.

1. Poor College Students: DC Games and Systems are cheap and reliable
2. Fun Games and Party Games: ChuChu Rocket, Virtua Tennis, Crazy Taxi, Space Channel 5, Jet Grind Radio, Samba De Amigo...
3. Super easy "backups" and a bustling homebrew community

I think it would touch base with more readers than talking about a system that hardly anyone knows about.

Then again it could raise awareness on NeoGeo systems.

It's your call, but I think I'd write something a little more tangible for the masses.
Systems: Atari 2600, Atari Jaguar, NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Genesis 3, Genesis 2, 32X, Sega CD (model 2), Saturn (model 1), Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox (Modded), Xbox 360, GameBoy, GBA SP, Game Gear, PSP... always adding more

the new issue just came out today. *note: That isn't the title I had. Mine was just "Street Fighter 3 Retrospective".
