What about Getsu Fuuma Den? I just got this recently and only put it in to test but it seems pretty cool. I'll probably pick up Namcot Star Wars as well. I used to have Binary Land and I think that is worth getting for cheap. I also have the Great Battle series sumo wrestling game(forget what it is called) but I haven't put any time into that either.
I'm at least curious about these -
Moon Crystal
Layla
Bio Senshi Dan
Chester Field
Arumana no Kiseki(FDS game though)
How's your NES gaming going? What's your NES library like?

Moon Crystal is a bit like an arcade-y Prince of Persia. Good stuff.
Also, there's Cosmo Police - Galivan if it hasn't already been mentioned. Pretty solid Metroid-style game.

The Great Battle Cyber looks like an interesting one as well.

Moon Crystal -- I had this, didn't keep it. Adventure side scroller, solid story if you patch english in. Probably the most fluidly and best drawn overkill amount of frames of animation into sprites on the system. It's decent, not fantastic if you get beyond the visuals, fairly average but good -- 100% not worth the bloated price (pirate and original)
Arumana no Kiseki -- Played this one some, great Konami title, it's like a Indiana Jones/Alan Quartermain type adventure -- damned hard, but not cheap hard, it's fair. Lots of whip/line type mechanics to scale any type of notable surface, various weapons but limited on ammo. It's worth playing.
Layla I'm not too familiar with or Chesterfield, and Bio Senshi Dan I've watched plenty of clips but not touched it, definitely needs and english patch to bother with it, solid game play but semi-bland almost like some weird Athena, Olympus, spacey mish mosh that handles well but you could get easily lost I believe.

Seconded. Despite looking like a PCE title, Moon Crystal is not worth the price of admission.

Looks at prices on eBay...
...wow, yeah, not worth that. Although $30 for a pirate/repro isn't bad. It's a good-looking, B-tier action game. Fantastic for what it's trying to be, but certainly not an absolute must-have.

I don't really care for Getsu Fuuma Den. Just doesn't click with me. If you've only tested it out, you might not be aware that it has these long dungeon sections that are from (sorta) third-person view. Those kind of killed it for me, and the overworld sections are a bit tedious as well.
I think Namcot Star Wars is utterly ridiculous and awesome. Very fun game, and cheap too. The Force powers are neat and they allow some leeway into how you approach the stages.
Moon Crystal is a good game, but like others have said, very expensive nowadays. My biggest gripe with it are the boss battles. Other than two bosses, the best tactic for each one is to park yourself right in front of them and spam the attack button. The bosses will die one or two hits before you would.

Eww. That sounds horrible.
Thanks for the info guys.

I think I might pre-order an AVS for my Bday and then I will have NES goodness in two different rooms in the house!

If the pirate has slid that far down it maybe worth it for about $30 at best. I guess every wanker making their lame solder job or kazoo writer bootlegs now drove the bootleg price down to a flat rate.
When I got it a couple years back when I first found that honeybee on dumb ebay luck it was rolling around $50 for the bootleg and $120 for the legit game, and I somehow got a badly listed one around $20. I tired to like it a lot, but around 3 stages in it got into these timed gates and other wishy washy crap with some steep punishment with restarting large sections of stages or death and it sucked the fun dry. It's not so much it's bad, but all that flow of animation is a bit overkill so you glide a bit or can just miss time stuff pretty badly. I also do agree, bosses, they're dumb...just get the extra health(bar lengthening) pick ups in the stage and go in charge up and it's punching bag time.
Also agree on getsu fuuma den, not good, over hyped by konami fans but it's pretty boring and average.
Do you really want some solid suggestions on Famicom exclusives? I've got around 15-20 Famicom games I've held onto, a good selection of them are the non-suck Konami titles. One I'd like to get but the price keeps me off it still to this rate is Holy Diver as holy shit it is hard, looks like Castlevania had a bastard child, but plays more evil than the counts soul (if there is one there.) Those I do own I can go into, also if you can find one cheap enough the Supervision 115in1 cart has 98 unique games on it, the best spread of any classic NES/Famicom pirate cart -- lots of famicom only gems. http://bootleggames.wikia.com/wiki/Supervision_115-in-1
