E3 2016

You're not a fan of Daggerfall being the size of Great Britain?

If that's how they hyped that one up, I approve.MrPopo wrote:You're not a fan of Daggerfall being the size of Great Britain?

I see it more as, "we're not even pretending we're not PCs anymore."J T wrote:Speaking of, when other people heard about the PS4 Neo and the XboxOne Scorpio, did you imagine them looking something like this?
Re: E3 2016
The better question is, who is even going to care in 2017 when Scorpio finally drops? Xbox needed to be aggressive this E3 and were hardy that. Time is not on their side right now and the PS userbase isn't slowing down at all.
The Xbox One is probably the funniest console of all time.

So does the presence of wolf link and what looks to be Eldin Bridge confirm this is part of the child timeline? I'm curious, my favorite part of skyward sword was theorizing it's connections to the timeline, before Nintendo went and released an official timeline.
Re: E3 2016
Wow E3 is this week eh? Shows how much I quit paying attention.
I saw someone mention Sept for Dragon Quest so I'll have to watch for that. I'm actually looking to tinker with Chrono Trigger DS at the moment.
This is directly towards that Zelda game now slated for 2017...
Guess I'm the jerk here, but I've got no interest in this and the laundry list grows. Basically open world, or damn near it in size and scope. Aping Monster Hunter for the most painful parts of having to find stuff or make stuff that doesn't last long before it crumbles and needs replacement or repair. It's a goddamn game not a JOB. A lot more junk to collect along the way adding more added fluff to chip away hours at one thing at a time. Maybe it was being run into the ground to a degree, but this is not the Zelda I grew up with nor do I want a damn thing to do with it either.

Does Exhum know that Stephen Russell is voicing Corvo in Dishonored 2? Amusing that Eidos didn't want him for Thief 4 because of mo-cop shenanigans. Well, Arkane doesn't care about that and he's in the better successor now anyways.
The streams were so damn fuzzy for me, nice going back through some E3 stuff in higher quality.
Dishonored 2 showcase:
You can apparently play through this one without accepting any powers too. So that's at least three playthroughs I want to do... Emily, Corvo, and no powers.

I actually think Scorpio is what's going to turn the tide for Microsoft. If the specs are as rumored, it will vault from the weaker system to the stronger. Heck, it might even tempt me into getting one. The systems are so similar this time around that a lot of folks aren't buying based on exclusives but on the more powerful system, and the PS4 is that.
Re: E3 2016
Grabbed the RE7 demo just in case (by some improbable chance) it comes down with Konami P.T. fever.
And we wait to download...

I'm sure I read something that confirmed that was the case. I think it was the Eurogamer preview.Xeogred wrote:Also some people on the stream pointed out the obvious that I didn't consider, there's more than likely going to be several towns and they just weren't ready to show them off yet or something. I think that'll be cool to see.
