I question whether many of those titles would have actually been all that popular here.

Also, I don't see Reggie as much more than a figurehead. I sincerely doubt he actually has that much pull in what gets published and what doesn't.

NOA is a marketing and localisation firm basically, isn't it? I'm sure NCL decides what comes over and what doesn't.

It must have if it's showing up for less than $60 on Amazon.

It's this gen's guilty please for me (previously it was Mindjack, go figure)

The WiiU is definitely the most disappointing Nintendo console of all time, but this is Nintendo and their slack extends to failure too. Had this been Sega, Ninty would have become third-party software house with a handheld platform to support the company's revenue.

Nintendo also dropped the ball on their "party" games. Most of them received mixed reviews.

So how do you think Wii U game prices will be down the road? Will it be affordable like Wii games, or the opposite? I'm fearing the games will get pretty expensive and kind of assume a lot of titles didn't get much of a print run.

The mid 90s were a period where every manufacturer and their cat released a console to the market. The Virtual Boy cost its creator a lot of personal anguish, but not much for Nintendo since the hype for the Ultra64 helped to alleviate the system's failings. I wonder how much they lost for the R&D alone.

I'm inclined to think that they will become rather expensive, I really can't see them getting as cheap as wii games. I've been buying up all the wii u games that interest me now to avoid high prices in the after market
