I'd add that within reason you could give a small community discount against what the fair value of the game in its state is against others sold on ebay. They already take a 10% cut, maybe give another 5-10% off? It's enough someone may bite, you avoid the headache, and it's still high enough someone wouldn't be douche enough to flip it on ebay for a profit. You get good bank with minimal fees and ebay headache/fears involved and the buyer gets a discount too.
As far as doing the deed. If you have any games worth around $1-10 range, bundle them, stuff a couple $20-25 titles in with it so someone is likely to buy up the package. Anything else though $20 and up, individually sell unless you find a bundle (per franchise) would pay off like a Megaman 1-6 bundle or something.
Oh and need supplies? Cheapest on ebay for bundles of packaging you'll need, reliable, good people here, get the stuff pretty quick too by all accounts I've read up on. Why blow like 15cents+ a bubble mailer at staples when you can get them shipped for 1/2 that.
