I don't see a huge difference, at least with Skyward Sword. Maybe that game is just jaggy central no matter how you cut it?
I'd buy a WiiU HD release of it in a heartbeat. lol
Speaking of... do you guys know of any way I could get a completed Skyward Sword save on my WiiU so I have access to Hero Mode? I beat it on one of my old Wii's I still have around but the transfer process looks painful to say the least. I wonder if I could just download a save from elsewhere and get it on my U?
You should be able just to download a save file onto an SD card and pop that in the Wii U. Then just go into the data management in Wii mode and move it to the system memory. I haven't tried it, but I don't see why it wouldn't work; you can back save data up to the SD card, so it stands to reason that you can do it the other way around, too.

I'm pretty convinced by now that the NX will be on sale this holiday season, but I'll be surprised if Nintendo COMPLETELY drops the Wii U this year. Next year? Yeah, probably, but even with their eagerness to distance themselves from the Wii U, completely dropping support simultaneously seems hasty.
