Jet Grind Radio is one of my all-time favorite games and Beat is one of the few game characters that I remotely resemble (moreso when I was younger and skinnier)

Honestly, I've been using it for years now, ever since I can remember since it fit in arcade machines. I don't know where it came from originally, I just sort of started using it.
As for the avatar, it's Dan from Street Fighter, giving a "What is this crap?" look. I picked it because he's looking at my posts. I have a joke character thinking my posts are a joke.
vash is a character from one of my favorite animes, trigun... 23 was how old i was when i first took on this nickname for most forums and stuff and n is my first initial... its funny, this is the first forum i have joined in a while and didnt even think that maybe i should put my current age, 27... guess its just habit... makes me seem like less of an oldhead though.
my avatar is the symbol for the first game system i ever owned - actually my parents owned it. played that thing into the ground, but it didnt matter cause soon the nes came out... wish my mom didnt donate all the games to the salvation army now since i recently bought a new 2600.
i have most of my favorites back except pinball and adventure... excepting free donations!
Username came from a friends backfired practical joke from the mid 90s. We were doing a group COPE course with some other groups and he kept trying to get people to call him Billy (his name was Kevin). Since they did not know my name and I was faster than him, they called him slowbilly and me fastbilly. You know, it may have had something to do with the fact we were both southerners in a group of yankees (billy is slang for a man from the south), I havent thought about that until now while watching Bubba Ho-tep. When I finally got around to making my own email account back in 97/98 I tried to get fastbilly, but it was taken, fastbilly1 it was. Ironically their is another guy who uses the screenname. He is a bicyclist named Billy and occasionally we get each others emails.
Avatar is from canceled Dreamcast game Propeller Arena. The team Shameless Cats are represented by a women who flies a P-51d Mustang (one of my favorite planes and one that I have put thousands of hours into in the simulator). While many may find it an odd choice, I had two copies of the game preordered in full before it was canned. I was not happy about that, even less when Crimson Skies got the crowd that Propeller Arena should have (nothing against Crimson Skies, I have loved the series since the FASA original). So when I discovered the game was leaked I jumped on it, beat it, and was on the fence about it. Then I played it with a VGA box and well thats all she friggin wrote. I still enjoy a round of it every now and then, even with out a flight stick.
Go stream of consciousness when I can only see out of one eye...
My user name comes from Final Fantasy Tactics. Originally, I used the name "Nanten Veteran" on a forum about Final Fantasy Tactics because my favorite character in that game is "Thunder God" Cid, the veteran commander of the Nanten knights. People on the forum began referring to me as either "NV" or "Nanten," and the latter form became so common that I began using it on other forums.
Mine's a pixelart dodge challenger I made because it's one of the best looking cars ever made. . . except dodge is sucking it so I'll probably buy a camaro instead.
I knew a guy called Droid (nickname) and we threw him a party. Someone told me to not forget about the "Droid party" and it made me giggle to think about a bunch of robots throwing a party. Grimlock working the door,C3PO serving drinks cause he's a little bitch, R2D2 owning a Dalek and the lost in space robot at poker in a corner,Starscream hitting on some drunk chick because he's a dick and Jonny-5 working as DJ because of his mad ....um ....deck skillz, or something.Anyways you get the idea.
My avatar is because I liked the look of it and RCR is one of those games I've been meaning to get to for a while. So it's kinda there to remind me to play it some more.
Oh,and what the fuck is a b\tard?

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.
