I mean, more power to you and all that. But calling your collection of games a "backlog" makes them sound like just a pile of unfinished work. I for one beat games for enjoyment, not as a to-do chore list.

As for buying games. I know full well I'll never beat all the games I already own, but I still buy more every week. Gotta feed the beast. Coal for the furnace 'cause there's no stopping this crazy train, it's been chug chugging too damn long.

I had the same feelings. Whenever I read something about "how to take control of your backlog" and hardly agree with anything. I don't want to turn my unplayed games into a chore.
