What's your username mean?

I see some very different and creative names and avatars in these forums. And I always wondered, what is some of the meanings and reasons behind them? I thought this could get interesting. My avatar is my favorite character for my favorite game series MGS. There was something very mysterious and fascinating about The End. And my user name minus the 619 is a nickname that people used to called me. I always kinda hated it but it stuck through the years and have grown to accept it. Kind of like a person who accepts his daily beating, I guess.

99 is the number of my childhood hockey hero wayne gretzky, i also wore this number out of the 12 years i played roller hockey.

My nick is my first name. I go by Jayx77 (or used to) on a lot of other sites. I just got tired of it.

I don't usually do avatars but I just love the Ghosts N Goblins/Ghouls N Ghosts series and thought it was fitting here. (I also have an Arthur avatar at the SA forums)

I was 14 when I decided to create the ultimate username for all of my accounts. So being the genius that I was I thought of the powerful Decepticon, Megatron, and 1-upped him. I had to add numbers so I went with 777 as that meant big bucks in slots. Now, three years older, I don't really like this name. It's really hard to be taken seriously and I don't even like slots.

Scooter is the nickname we gave to our first dog, it was an easy name to remember and brings back fond memories.
