Ok, tried deactivating the "other PS4" on the website on my laptop and it says I can't as "I already recently deactivated my console(s)" and you can only do it once every 6 months. I have never used the deactivate option, I didn't even know how to, I had to Google it. Definitely smells like fraud (or hopefully just a glitch). Ringing Sony on Monday...Reprise wrote:HELP GUYS! It's saying I can't activate it as my primary console, because I've already activated another system as my primary PS4! (I haven't... I only own one PS4!)Reprise wrote:Ah, cheers buddy!Stark wrote: If you make the PS4 your "home PS4" for your account, other accounts logged into that PS4 should be able to access the other software.![]()
I'd be suspicious of fraud, but no one has ever used my account to buy games and I'm always careful to keep an eye on my bank account.
Oh and the worse thing? I've googled this and it seems loads of people have had the same problem and Sony won't do fuck all! So I'm not too optimistic that phoning them will do much. I changed my PSN password though as a security measure.
