Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

In palatine, IL, were I live part of the time, gamestops are as thick as flies. About one every block or two.

1) Does that look like Kansas to you?
2) Women don't play games in Kansas, let alone dress up as Cammy.

Anyway, if I had my way, she'd dress up as Sakura. Fuck Cammy, figuratively.

Replace Gamestop with Starbucks.

Tada.

Hell, I'd fuck her literally. And Sakura. Only one I wouldn't touch is Chun Li; I feel like, with those hips, she'd crush my pelvis.

Wait, what were we talking about again?

...oh yeah, Gamestops. Yeah, there are 4 in my town. I'd say that's way too damn many, especially considering there aren't any Play N Trades or any other specialty video game stores here, and even the selection at Wal-Mart and Target is pretty pathetic. It's either Gamestop or buy online. There is no real reason for there to be more than one Gamestop in this town, and yet it took them four locations before they said "Ya know what? I think this'll do it."

Come to think of it, the King of Prussia mall by me has two game stops! two in the same mall... now it is a big mall, but really... they also have 2 (maybe three) FYEs.

The reason that some gamestops are so close together, or in the same mall, or whatever, is probably because one used to be an ebgames (competition = good), and when gamestop bought them (no competition = bad) most ebgames stuck around, just changed their signage to match gamestop's.

I walked into a Gamestop about a year and a half ago.

I asked, "Do you guys have any older games for sale?"

Store clerk, "You mean like PS2?"

I will never go back.
