^What language is the Ys I & II in? I don't see a rating on it so I can't tell... (nice anyway though!)

It's Japanese, based on the Windows versions of the games. The CERO rating system hasn't been around that long, so it's not that unusual to find Japanese PS2 games that lack a rating.

I also noticed that the front cover was entirely in English. Heh.

I picked up Legend of Legacy in the nice box with the art booklet today for 3DS. I am not sure if i will get around to it any time soon but it looks like an interesting JRPG.
