If that copy was in my hand I'd definitely purcahse it, but yeah, 25 bucks sounds about right. I've read many discussions on why the japanese one is cheaper, and there are many reasons. But hey, that one is worth 25 for the art alone!

Oh yeah, by the way... I definitely second Panzer Dragoon Saga.... we all know it is an RPG, but there isnt one quite like it out. The battle system is unseen elsewere, it would be a dream come true to see a sequel. Right? Right?

Um, how old is your ps2? Is the thing a blue disc or a dvd? Is your system giving you a disc read error? Does the disc work on other systems? Ps2's in general have a million problems these days.
