Re: Dreamcast different fan loudness

Today I opened my Dreamcast to check wether the fan from the inside. It really looks like new, there's even no dust or dirt to see. It seems that the loudness really depends sometimes on the different versions of the fan.

Can my Dreamcast go bad beacause of a little worn out fan, though it's working? And can I replace it easily with a fan from another Dreamcast?

The vendor hasn't replied yet, but all over sudden it worked, though still the power LED isn't working. I wonder how long it will work

Dreamcast different fan loudness

So I've got three Dreamcasts and one on them seems to have a fan that is a little bit louder than the other ones, though the system is totally fine and clean. Are there different fan models which have minor differences in loudness?

Re: Dreamcast Dragoncast D.C VGA II Problem

Yes I tried all possiblities. I connected it to my HDTV and my PC monitor. I also tried all other outputs the device provides. I just curious, because it's a reliable ebay seller, and like I said he had a picture on ebay with the working box, and a flashing light.

Re: Problem with Xbox Controller

I tried adjusting potentiometer, but it goes either only up or down.
I also tried holding it in the up position on start up, none of it worked.

Problem with Xbox Controller

So I've got a problem with the "Fatty" kind of xbox controller model http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c5/Xbox-Duke-Controller.jpg/710px-Xbox-Duke-Controller.jpg When it's plugged in, it only executes UP the whole time, like on Auto/Rapid-Fire. I tried different Control...

Re: What happened to this Mega Drive?

ok, but then I've got another question. The power LED doesn't seem to be connected to the MD. The top cover of the MD with the Power LED looks like this:

What happened to this Mega Drive?

So I pruchased on ebay an Mega Drive I. The seller wrote in the auction that he wouldn't know whether it's working properly. When I got it I opened it up to have a look at the inside. (Because I only have an AC adapter for MD II I could not power it up) http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/4711/unbena...
