Removing back cover art from Japanese PlayStation game case
I submitted a Japanese PlayStation game (Gritz: The Pyramid Adventure I got back in 2011) to MobyGames. I am now trying to give them the cover art for the game. They want the back cover to be taken out of the case to be scanned. I need to remove the part of the case that holds the disc to get to the...

Re: Fixing an N64 Gameshark 3.2 with non parallel 3.3
I ended up trying the piggyback method and it didn't work for me either. The v3.2 from eBay is either keyed with the "Yoshi's, F-Zero, C'World" key code (I've tried games I own for the other two key codes and it doesn't boot up with them either) or the Gameshark v3.2 is corrupted. I'm tryi...

Fixing an N64 Gameshark 3.2 with non parallel 3.3
I got an N64 Gameshark Pro v3.3 at a convention. I've been wanting an N64 Gameshark Pro for the parallel port. Take takes some persuasion, but it does work. Unfortunately, the v3.3 I got is a REF1451 (I took it apart and confirmed this) with the parts that make parallel port work removed, so the par...

Question about Game Gear TV Tuner compatibility
I'm confused about which Game Gears are compatible with the TV Tuner. Just about everywhere online says that the TV Tuner is not compatible with the Majesco Game Gear, which I already knew. However, it seems that there are other, non Majesco Game Gears that are also not compatible with the TV Tuner....

Re: Its now possible to play backups by flashing Saturn Cart
Bought a Memory Card Plus on ebay, the version I asked about in my previous post. Got it for $8.50, including shipping. Flashed it with the Atlus disc, and it works great! I can now use it to play all my backups on my US Model 2 Saturn. In fact, from now on, I'm no longer going to play my original d...

Would this method for playing Saturn imports work?
Let's say, hypothetically, I bought a Japanese Sega Saturn game. If I were to image the disc on my computer, then patch the resulting ISO with Saturn Region Patcher, would I then be able to play it on my Model 2 US Saturn via the swap trick? I am aware that the swap trick is bad for the CD motor, bu...

Demo disc that came with SCPH-1001 PS1
I am seeking information about the demo disc that was included with the original US PlayStation SCPH-1001. I believe this is the box for the SCPH-1001 and it says "Free Demo Disc Inside" on the bottom right corner. Does anyone know anything about this disc? Anyone know what games were incl...

Best third party GameCube controller?
I would like to get into some of my Gamecube games, specifically Metroid Prime, but I don't have any good Gamecube controllers. All I have are horrible "iConcepts Game Fury" controllers I got at Family Dollar. I also have a gamestop brand wireless Gamecube controller, while it is better, i...
