No, you could buy a complete boxed IFU with PCE and CD set or just the CD rom and IFU for people who already had a PC Engine or CoreGrafx.

Skip the svid altogether and just go straight for RGB. If you have access to RGB might as well use it as it's the best quality image you will ever get.
