Obscure Saturn Fighter: Fist - anyone play it?

I've actually heard a lot of people talk about this fighter... and it is never anything good.

I remember playing it once, briefly, when my friend first chipped his Saturn and was burning every obscure game he could get his hands on. And no, it wasn't anything good, by any stretch of the imagination, and I've got a soft spot for early 3D fighters. There are some great obscure import fighters for the Sat, but this was not one of them.
