I'm pretty sure if you have the actual Sonic CD disc that you can just rip the tracks off it.

You should give the ffshrine.com forums a shot. You have to join in order to see the download links, but the download section there is a treasure drove of game and anime soundtracks. The only thing is, the site does occasionally go down (too much traffic), and has gone down for as long as a week at times. But when it's up, you can find all sorts of soundtracks and gamerips there.

I know for a fact that the Jet Set, Burning Rangers, Nights, and Sonic CD soundtracks are up there somewhere.
I wanted to be a Teminator but they require you have an armored hyperalloy skeleton and mine's mostly recycled truck tires.

khinsider and ffshrine are basically the same site with the same albums. Also, both of them have been reported to use spyware, and are flagged by quite a few tools. Be warned.

GameMP3s' torrent archive is a fantastic starting point. They release top quality rips, and their torrents stay seeded damn near forever.

Their earliest rips are available in letter packs near the end of that tracker's history.

Totally not what you're looking for, but if anybody wants some NES tunes, PlaytheNES.com has a steadily growing archive.

My I suggest you add to your list the tunes from Panzer Dragoon the first? A couple of them are orchestral tracks, not just synth.

If you have the first Panzer game, they're just audio tracks and can be ripped from the game CD.
