2600 would have been great if it didn't absolutely rape all the classics, in more ways than just graphics. Combat was still fun though.

So was I, but I was given the 2600 when I was 3. I still got it too. Works fine.

My cousin had one when I was younger.
I played Pole Position and Space Invaders -- that's about the extent of it...

I started off on the NES, the only Atari hardware I ever touched was the Lynx and the Jaguar.

And I think the Jaguar may have given me some sort of gaming STD. The Lynx was nice though!

The pictures of all the 35+ year olds sitting on the floor are priceless. I guess that's how I play with my beloved "Flashback 2" Atari console, but I wouldn't want to be photographed doing it.

Wireless controllers are the only way to go, baby ...

I have to be honest Im with you on that one racketboy

Im EXTREMELY into cars, but I cant really get into any of the 'vintage' cars (ie pre 1950's)

and its kinda similar with gaming (even though I did indeed play a 2600 a lot when they were out)

C64's and Atari 48k's are about as far back as I can still enjoy now
