Saturn ISO question.

Post by jay00 »

I have a black model 1 Sega Saturn, using the swap method. Anyways...

I downloaded an ISO/MP3 of Darius Gaiden, there is a que file too. I burned it and when I play it the same song plays over and over throughout the whole game. I tried to rename my "ISO" file to "Track No01.ISO" In order to match the following audio filed (Track No02, Track No03, etc.. etc..). But whenever I try to bring the "QUE" file into nero to burn it, it will error out, but when I just leave the whole ISO folder untouched without the ISO file being renamed it will burn successfully, but I end up with the same song playing over and over.

Does this mean I have to recreate the QUE sheet? How do I get away from this repetitive song issue?

need to convert the .mp3 files to .wav (and make sure the cue sheet is updated to point to the wavs instead of mp3s

Open up the .cue file if everything in there is listed .MP3 you dont have to make the wav files. If everything is .mp3 just burn it with nero you will be fine. I have over 300 saturn backs and thats what i did and everything works fine.

Yes, but aren't you suposed to have the ISO file named to "Track No01.ISO" -->> Track No02.WAV (or MP3) ---> Track No03---> Track No04 -->etc...

Because when I rename the ISO file in order for it to "follow" the audio cue and bring it up in nero I get an error message. When I don't rename it it burns fine, but I end up having that issue where the same song repeats itself. Do I need to like bring up the files in an ISO program like MAGIC ISO and rename the IS in that then resave the ISO???
