Help me name this SNES game (a challenge?)...

My girlfriend is trying to explain this SNES game to me and I can't figure it out for the life of me. All the info she's giving me is:

- The main Character is a toy man or boy (but she doesn't know if its a toy soldier or just a toy)
- He was green most likely.
- He fell in a cup? Not sure when but my best guess is in the beginning of the game.

This is what i have to work with. Any guesses would be helpful. Google hasn't helped me here.
